Let me start by saying that our skin changes are affected in two distinct ways. One is what we called intrinsic or internal factors such as genes and the level of collagen and elastin production in our body. The other factor is extrinsic (external) which is a result of excessive sun exposure, our lifestyle habits and so on.

What would you do if you had "world enough and time"? Most of us have a list longer than Saint Nick's. You may never write it down, but it is there. You probably don't even think of it that often.
